Examples of application areas include trends and differentials in life-course events such as marriage and divorce; childhood mortality in developing countries; and environmental recidivism and its correlates. Methodological issues addressed in such applications include how to handle clustering; selection bias; missing or incomplete data; and long-term survivors.
Professor Ghilagaber is co-editor and contributor to a recently published book: Advanced Techniques for Modeling Maternal and Child Health in Africa (Springer 2013).
