Henric Bergsåker, Associate Professor, is employed at the Department of Fusion Plasma Physics at KTH, School of Electrical Engineering. He got his PhD in Atomic and Molecular Physics at KTH in 1988 and has since then been working mostly with plasma-surface interactions, plasma diagnostics and surface analysis for fusion energy applications.
His experimental work has been carried out mainly at the Manne Siegbahn Institute, Stockholm, at KTH, at JET Joint Undertaking in Culham, England, KFA/FZ Jülich, Germany and at Istituto Gas Ionizzati in Padova,Italy.
He is public informations officer for the Swedish fusion research unit.
