Senior Producer at DICE
Sigurlina Ingvarsdottir has ten years of experience in the games industry. The native Icelander started her games career as a producer at the country’s video game pride CCP, the company behind the large science fiction themed massive multiplayer online role-playing game EVE Online. She also served as Chairman of the Board for the local Icelandic trade association for games, where she represented the industry against the public, the academic world and government bodies.
In 2011 Ingvarsdottir moved to Sweden to join Ubisoft Massive in Malmö to work on the upcoming game The Division. One year later she made the move to the capital of Sweden to join DICE as a Senior Producer. DICE is not only one of the biggest and most successful studios in Sweden, but also in the world. The studio was founded 1992 and is most known for the Battlefield series that have more than 65 million players.
Prior to moving into the games industry Sigurlina Ingvarsdottir worked with product development in the fields of generic pharmaceutical development and retail. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iceland.
